Do you feel conflicted and anguished with the state of the American business climate? Did you know how you're feeling is BY DESIGN?
When bad things are not only done to employees but encouraged at companies, who does an employee turn to? Meet T.C. Mirc, the former private equity executive here to help you to understand just how this has been in the playbook all along...
Do You Know What Theory X Is?
T.C. Mirc is a former workforce development advisor to the Obama White House, private equity business executive, and strategic business consultant. He works to educate employees and business leaders on the real game being played in business and how to change outdated, misaligned, and ineffective methods of running a business into a strategy that supports the next generation of idealistic business leaders providing unparalleled hope to directly challenge the status quo. Recent phenomenon in 2023 have illustrated just how out of touch management is with today’s times, and tomorrow’s employees, as turnover has reached an all-time high, productivity has reached an all-time low, and a stunning 76% of white collar employees struggle with mental health issues in the workplace according to a December 2021 Harvard Business Press study. They seek a better way. Mirc's work provides that better way and warns against the danger of inaction, highlighting the disturbing future American workers face if we don’t unite to defeat Theory X’s use in the workforce.
